Drunken Oysters with Salsa


3 shots worth tequila
12 oysters, shucked
1 t finely chopped coriander

For the Salsa
2 tomatoes deseeded and finely chopped
1 green chilli, seeded and diced
Juice of one Lime 
Sea-salt flakes and freshly ground pepper

For the salsa, simply combine all the ingredients. Share the shots of tequila between 6 oysters, Lay 1 teaspoon of salsa  over the oyster and garnish with fresh coriander.
